Students are Leaders of Change

Catholic Social Teaching is a central and essential element of our faith. Edmonton Catholic Schools has a long and proud tradition of participation in acts of Christian charity, and in this spirit our schools were encouraged to take their children through a broad range of activities that allowed them to experience the many ways that they can make a difference in the world. The 2020-21 Social Justice report which shares the stories of the transformative work performed at our schools was presented to the Board at the June public meeting. The Board is proud of how our students responded to the overwhelming needs in our world, and their desire to make things better. As the leaders of tomorrow, our students are aware that change begins with them. The report can be found on the ECSD website.
